WE...DO GIVE AND GRANT unto **Moses Norman** his heirs and assigns, all that parcel or Tract of Land Containing one hundred and fifteen ''[115]'' acres Situate lying and being in Berkley County in the Province aforesaid and Butting and Bounding on the north and West on lands of **Thomas Waring** Esqr. ''[Esquire]'' Southerly on **Joseph Stephen**s land and said **Moses Norman**'s land Easterly on said **Moses Norman**'s old tract.\\
