Pursuant to a Precept from John Bremar Esqr. D S Genl. [Deputy Surveyor General] dated this 7th July 1772 [07 Jul 1772] I have admeasured and laid out unto John Palmer a plantation or tract of Land in St. Johns Parish Berkley County Containing Seven hundred [700] acres bounding NE on Richard Normans Land and all other sides on vacant Land having such form and marks as the above plat represents
