and son of my loving daughter Sarah Norman widow as also for divers other good causes and considerations me thereunto moving HAVE given and granted and by these presents do absolutely give grant and confirm unto them my said two Grand children Martha Corbin and Edmund Corbin one negro slave named Boston one set of Mahogany Drawers one Mahogany oval Table one Mahogany Tea Table one half chest of Drawers seven large silver spoons marked thus <<symbol>> one large looking glass one smaller looking glass one Bedstead with Bed Bolster and pillows one silver watch one silver Hilted sword and also a square caedar ''[sic]'' Table all which Negro slave & other the premisses ''[sic]'' I have put into the hands and possession of their Mother the said Sarah Norman for the use of my said Two Grand children Martha and Edmund until either of them shall attain her or his age of Twenty one years or be married which shall first happen and then to be equally shared and Divided between the said Martha and Edmund according to a valuation and allotment thereof to be made by their said Mother Sarah or in case of her Death by me my Executors or administrators but in case of the Death of either of them my said two Grand children before she or he shall come to the age of Twenty one years and before her or his said marriage then the said slave and premisses shall be & Remain wholely ''[sic]'' and solely to the survivor of them my said two Grand children Martha Corbin and Edmund Corbin her or his Executors admors ''[administrators]'' and assigns TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said slave and premisses premisses to the said Martha Corbin and Edmund Corbin their her or his Executors administrators and assigns to the uses or use aforesaid against all people do and will warrant and for ever defend by these presents and further know Ye that I the said John Stone have put the said Martha Corbin and Edmund Corbin in possession of all and singular the said negro slave and premisses by the Delivery of
