 To have and to hold the said Tract of One Hundred ''[100]'' Acres of Land & all & singular other the Premisses hereby granted with the Appurtenances unto the said Gideon Coutourier his heirs & Assigns forever in free & common Soccage he the said Gideon Coutourier his heirs or Assigns Yielding and Paying therefore unto us our Heirs and Successors or to our Receiver General for the time being or to his Deputy or Deputies for the time being Yearly that is to say on every twenty fifth day of March at the rate of three shilling Sterling or Four shillings Proclamation money for every hundred acres & so in proportion according to the Quantity of Acres contained herein the same to grow due & be accounted for from the date hereof
