South Carolina.
A Memorial exhibited by Jacob Jeanneret, to be registered in the office of his Majesty's Auditor General, pursuant to the Acts of Assembly in that case made and provided.

Of a plantation or tract of land containing 222 acres, situate lying and being in Craven County; originally granted by his Majesty King George the Second the 30th day of September 1736 [30 Sep 1736], unto Susanna Cooke, at the quit rent of 3/ [3s] sterling or 4/ [4s] proclamation money p. [per] hundred; who sold and conveyed the same to Isaac Dubose, who, in and by his last will and testament, devised the same to his son Isaac Dubose; who, by indenture of lease and release, bearing date respectively the 3d & 4th days of February 1747/8 [03 Feb 1747/8 & 04 Feb 1747/8], bargained sold and conveyed the same to this Memorialist.

Also, of a plantation or tract of land containing 500 acres, situate lying and being in Craven County; originally granted by the lords proprietors on the 26th day of January 1714/5 [26 Jan 1714/5], unto Isaac Dubose, at the quit rent of 1/ [1s] proclamation money p. hundred acres; who in and by his last will and testament, dated 19 day of June 1714, devised the same to his son Isaac; who in and by his last will and testament, devised the same to his two sons, Isaac & Joshua; in Moieties: the moiety given to Isaac Dubose being by him, by by [sic] indentures of lease and release, bearing date the 3d & 4th days of Feb'y 1747/8 [03 Feb 1747/8 & 04 Feb 1747/8], and the moiety given by Joshua Dubose being by him, by indentures of lease and release bearing date the 22d & 23d days of March 1759 [22 Mar 1759 & 23 Mar 1759], sold and conveyed to the Memorialist.

Also, of a plantation or tract of land containing 420 acres, situate lying and being in Craven County; originally granted by his Majesty King George the Second the 4th day of December 1735 [04 Dec 1735], unto Isaac Dubose at the quit rent of 3/ ster. or 4/ Proc. money p. 100 acres: who, in and by his last will and testament, dated the 12th day of June 1742 [12 Jun 1742], devised the same to his two sons Isaac and Joshua in moieties; the moiety given to Isaac Dubose being by him, by indenture of lease and release, bearing date the 3d & 4th days of February 1747/8 [03 Feb 1747/8 & 04 Feb 1747/8], and the moiety given to Joshua Dubose being by him, by indentures of lease and release, bearing date the 22d & 23d days of March 1759 [22 Mar 1759 & 23 Mar 1759], sold and conveyed to this Memorialist.

In witness whereof he hath hereunto set his hand this 28th day of March 1759 [28 Mar 1759].
