South Carolina.
A Memorial exhibited, to be entered in the office of his Majesty's Auditor General, pursuant to the direction of the acts of the General Assembly, in that case made and provided, by Joshua Dubose.

Of one hundred and thirty [130] acres of land, in Craven County; Butting and bounding Eastwardly on land of Mr. James Guerry, Westwardly on lands of Mrs. Susanna Dubose, Northwardly on Low Swamp not laid out, and Southwardly on Santee River; originally granted on the 4th day of December, anno Domini 1735 [04 Dec 1735], to Isaac Dubose, father of the Memorialist, at the quit rent of 3/ ster. [3s Sterling] or 4/ [4s] Proclamation money, p [per] 100 acres; and in and by the last will of the said Isaac Dubose, the father, bearing date the 12th day of June, anno Domini 1742 [12 Jun 1742], devised to the Memorialist.

In witness whereof he hath hereunto set his hand this 28th day of March 1759 [28 Mar 1759].
