A deed poll bearing date the first day of May 1727 [01 May 1727] from Moses Norman to Thomas Waring for one hundred and fifty one [151] acres of [the word “Land” is missing] Situate in Berkley County butting & bounding to the southwards on land belonging to John Stevens Junr [Junior] to the westward on Joseph Stevens land to the northward and Eastward on Uriah Edwards & Baruch [sic: Barak] Norman's the rents thereon Reserved to the late lords proprietors one shilling for one hundred acres yearly which memorial of the said deed is required to be registered by me the Sd. [Said] Thomas Waring pursuant to the act in that case made & provided
