South Carolina.

Pursuant to a warrant & receipt from James St. John Esq. Surveyor General of said Province, bearing date the 10th day of November, Anno Domini 1732 [10 Nov 1732], I have admeasured and set out unto Elizth [Elizabeth] Cotrea, widow, a plantation or tract of land situate lying and being in Craven County, containing five hundred and twenty seven [527] Acres, Butting and bounding on the N. on Santee River Swamp, on the E. on land laid out for Peter Benoist, to the S. on land not laid out, to the W. on Mr. Norman's land, and Mr. Bearman's, And hath such form and marks as in the above plat delineated plat and represented.

Given under my hand this 25th day of Nov. 1732 [25 Nov 1732].
