-By virtue of a Precept to me directed from James St. John Esqr [Esquire] his Majesties [sic] Surveyor Genl [General] for the said Province I have admeasured & laid out unto Mr. Moses Norman 115 Acres in Berkley County Butting & Bounding on the  North & West on Lands of Thomas Waring Esqr [Esquire] Southerly on Joseph Stevens Land & Sd [Said] Norman's Old tract & Easterly on said old tract & hath such marks shapes & forms as are above delineated.
