Conveyed the aforesaid 162 acres of land to his daughter Elizabeth Miles, and is butting & bounding to the Nward ''[Northward]'' by Broad River leading from Stono to Parker's & Ferguson's Ferry to the Eward ''[Eastward]'' & Sward by Fredk ''[Frederick]'' Grimkie's Land, to Wward ''[Westward]'' by other part of the Sd 650 acre Tract.
