South Carolina.

The Memorial of Moses Graves of Colleton County planter of lands now in his possession to be Registered in the office of his Majesty's Auditor General, pursuant to an act of Assembly of this province in that case made & provided.

One tract of three hundred thirty Six [336] acres being part of a tract of land granted by the Lords Proprietors to William Gibbons, Bearing date the 10th day of March 1714 [10 Mar 1714], situate in Colleton County at a place called Beach hill Butting & Bounding to the South on land there belonging to Francis Rolins, to the East on land of Richard Bedon, to the North on land of Thomas Diston, and to the West land of Moses Norman, at the yearly rent of One Shilling per hundred acres.

Also a tract of two hundred & twelve [212] acres being part of a tract of land granted by the Lords Proprietors to Thomas Osgood, Bearing date the 10th day of March 1711 [10 Mar 1711], situate in Colleton County at a place called Beach hill, Butting & Bounding to the North on land of Joseph Sumner, to the East on land of William Way, to the South on land of Elizabeth Jongs, to the West on land belonging to the Ministry, at the yearly rent of One Shilling Per hundred acres.

A Tract of one hundred [100] acres being part of a tract of land Granted by the Lords Proprietors to Joseph Sumner bearing date the 10th day of January 1710 [10 Jan 1710] situate in Colleton County at a place called Beach hill, Butting & Bounding to the Eastward on lands of Samuel Stiles, to the Southward on lands of Joseph Sumner, to the Westward on lands of Benjamin Sumner, and to the Northward on lands of John Simmons, at the yearly rent of One Shilling P [per] 100 acres.

As such three tracts making up Six hundred & Forty eight [648] acres I do hold the first tract above mentioned by virtue of a Lease & Release bearing date the 16th February 1726 [16 Feb 1726]. the second tract by virtue of a Deed Poll Bearing date August the 17th 1731 [17 Aug 1731]. the third tract by virtue of a Deed Poll Bearing date the 10th day of May 1733 [10 May 1733]. and is hereby required to be Registered in the office of his Majesty's Auditor General.

As Witness my hand this 23rd day of May 1733 [23 May 1733].
